Supporting our church
We cannot exist without your help. Christ Church relies entirely on donations by our members and others in the community to fund all our activities and maintain our buildings and churchyard. Our church is open every day for both parishioners and visitors, including our local schools and those visiting graves in the churchyard.
Regular donations account for most of our income, generally through Gift-Aided standing orders/direct debits, together with collections at services. We are also grateful for one-off gifts and legacies, which have enabled us to undertake several major projects such as resurfacing the paths in the churchyard, laying new carpet in the church and improving the facilities in our church halls.
